No ESC serial telemetry

There is nothing out of the telemetry pin of the esc. I have swapped about various components to isolate the problem and its defiantly the ESC, not settings. Also under a USB microscope the Telem pin looks like the solder didnt flow. I tried to reflow but no luck.
