Defective T-Motor Mini F7

Motor 4 not functional, the other 3 motors spin up fine.
Symptoms:
Motor 4 is not functioning, the other 3 motors work.
Betaflight shows motor 4 having a 100 telemetry error.
BHeliSuite32 shows only ESC 1, 2, & 3.
On power up the all motors give 3 beeps indicating the esc outputs and motors are working.
The subsequent 2 beeps however are only present on motors 1, 2 & 3.
What I’ve tried/tested:
Checked Betaflight config, mixer is set correctly to Quad X, protocol is set to DSHOT600, all 4 motor sliders show up.
Checked FC to ESC cable for issues.
Tried another FC to ESC cable.
Swapped two of the FC to ESC signal wires around, which resulted in motor 4 functioning and the other motor exhibiting the same issues that motor 4 was previously presenting.
There’s no short to GND on any of the FC to ESC signal wires.
Flashed to latest Betaflight 4.5.1 firmware.
Finally, I tried another T-Motor Mini F7 which works perfectly.
